Job Description

Job Summary:Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Motorbike Response Officer (Warden) is responsible for attending, investigating and resolving alarm activations at our client’s properties. In addition, other tasks include locking, unlocking, patrols and access visits.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Alarm Response to Commercial and Residential properties
  • Mobile patrols, unlocks / lock-ups, property inspections
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and night), 12hr shifts
  • The shift pattern means you will cover weekday and weekends while working the 4 on 4 off pattern
  • Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, per the needs of the Company
    • Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:Knowledge: (job related / professional)Full UK Motorbike licence requiredSIA security license preferredConfident riders with minimum 2 year’s experienceA good knowledge of LondonCheckable work history up to 5 years or to last full-time educationSkills: (technical)Excellent communication skillsExcellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a thorough approach to completing tasksForward thinking with a can do / will do attitudeAbility to work well under pressureThe Keyholding Companys Values and Behaviours:We care about doing a good job
