Job Description

Salary: £23,000 per annum + Generous Service ChargeWorking Hours: 5 Days/Week on a 5/7 Rota BasisAre you passionate about creating a delightful in-room experience for guests We are currently seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Minibar Attendant to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge.Responsibilities:

  • Minibar Management: Ensure minibars are fully stocked, clean, and organised in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor minibar inventory levels, restocking as necessary, and report discrepancies.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and efficient service when attending to guest requests related to minibar items.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect and rotate minibar products to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to streamline minibar restocking processes.
  • Service Excellence: Strive to exceed guest expectations and contribute to an exceptional overall guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous organisation and attention to detail in managing minibar inventory.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on a 5/7 rota, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting and carrying minibar items.
