A local authority in southwest London is giving you the opportunity to join their Adults Mental Health Team!The local authority is offering up to £32 per hour for this role, you will be working from home 4 days a week and only needed in office 1 day per week for duty! Do expect to be office based initially for your induction!The contract will be a rolling contract, initially 3 months but many of the locum staff on this team have been there for over 12 months giving you an excellent insight into the working environment youll be joining!Additional info:Service users are ages 18 to 75 years and the case load is 25 of mix cases.now they need to know the vaccine status (required for posts that will visit care homes).You will be working with adults with mental health conditions in the community, as well as hospital discharge and be able to understand DTOC (delay transfer of care).Youll utilise kills in completing needs assessment, support plans, mental capacity assessments, safeguarding, duty work, general case management etc.The ideal candidate will be:
