Job Description

  • Working alongside the team helping with administrative duties across all wholesale accounts UK & International.
  • Creating product sales lists that are sent to clients to generate sales
  • Creating packing lists and liaise with the warehouses on deliveries (UK, NL & USA)
  • Ensure accurate order details are logged and regularly updated
  • Assist with end of month reporting and managing filing system
  • Assist in creating and logging of all invoices
  • General reception duties and upkeep of office stationery etc.
The successful candidate will have:
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel skills- knowledge of basic formulas
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Logistics or shipping experience desired
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
