Job Description

Graduate Teaching AssistantStarting date Jan 2024Location: Kensington & ChelseaSecondary SchoolWe are looking for a dynamic graduates who are looking to make a difference to young learners. We have opportunities for graduate Teaching Assistants commencing in the New Year. This position may suit those who have a passion in the education sector andwanting to pursue a career in this sector.You will be working closely with students who need additional support with learning within Secondary setting. Providing support either in-class, 1:1 tuition or to small groups of students with varying abilities, you will be encouraging and supporting individualpupils to reach their full potential whilst demonstrating a creative and determined attitude that will help motivate students. You will be directly supporting the students, as well as helping to organise the teaching and learning resources available to studentsand staff.Skills and experience you will need:

  • Experience of supporting young learners (tutoring or mentoring)
  • A recent graduate
  • Have an interest in the education sector and inspiring young minds
  • Reliable and willing to learn
  • An up-to-date enhanced DBS (Or willing to process one)
