Job Description

Hours: 35 HoursWorking pattern: Hybrid/Flexible (local to WC1V to be able to attend the office at short notice if required)Location: Holborn/Chancery LaneContract type: Temporary for 8-12 weeksHourly rate: £18.50-£22.00 Plus holidayDo you have experience of providing support and advice on the full range of the HR Life Cycle including recruitment, payroll and employee relations Can you start as soon as the 25th of OctoberThis regulatory body are seeking a HR advisor level individual to report to the Head of HR and offer support with day-to-day operations, general HR and recruitment processes.In your role as the HR and Payroll Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and advising hiring managers on recruitment campaigns and providing an exemplary level of service,
  • Lead on the monthly payroll process
  • Acting as the first point of contact for line managers on operational HR matters including grievances, disciplinaries , sickness management and performance management
  • Leading on the recruitment process including updating job descriptions, advertising roles and advising candidates of their application outcome
The skills you will bring to the role HR Payroll Coordinator will include:
  • Good knowledge of HR administration and outsourced payroll
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep line managers updated and informed.
  • Clear understanding of the need for confidentiality and the ability to deal with sensitive information.
