A new and exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a school based in SW London. This is a permanent position to interview as soon as possible.Client DetailsA reputable school located in SW London.DescriptionThe successful HR & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:* First point of contact for all queries related to payroll, pension, benefits and HR* Monthly payroll adjustments; SSP, SMP, SPP, pension contribution changes etc* Administering absence management* Overseeing the onboarding and DBS process* Drafting offer letters and contracts* Process exit administration for leavers* Updating the SCR* Generalist HR support.ProfileThe successful HR & Payroll Administrator must have:* End to end payroll processing experience* HR administrative experience* Working in schools previously would be desirable.Job OfferA new and exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a school based in SW London.
