Job Description

This Luxury Property company based in the heart of the West End is looking for an exceptional individual who will be responsible for a variety of exciting and very different tasks during the course of the day and week.There are 7 show apartments which exude luxury with high specifications in total with an Onsite office and these offices need cleaning twice weekly.Day to day cleaning include hoovering, cleaning inside of windows, cleaning surfaces for fingermarks and dust, checking sinks for watermarks etcThis is an important part of the role.

  • In addition, the ideal candidate will offer the general management of the on-site sales office by checking kitchen is stocked, bathrooms are cleaned and stocked, office equipment and stationery is stocked.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the set-up and close down of the show apartments which will include the scene setting of curtains, sheers, lights and music.
  • Checking that displays are replenished
  • Join weekly sales and marketing meetings
  • Answer messages, emails and calls in a timely fashion etc
Experience required:-
  • Housekeeping experience
  • The ability to communicate at all levels
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Great MS Office skills
  • Ability of deliver a 5*star service.
