Job Description

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kensingtonand Chelsea, London, within the education and training sector.Role Overview:As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process within our school and support pupils across the education and training sector. Your main responsibilities will include assisting teachers in theclassroom, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide targeted support to students who may require additional assistance.
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A degree from a recognised university.
  • Experience in a school setting is beneficial.
  • Graduating with a school-based degree will be advantageous.
