Job Description

Family Office AssistantBoutique Mayfair based family office has a fantastic opportunity for an assistant to support the Chief of Staff and financial partner, the role will be office based however, suitable candidates need to be flexible to travel to the family private estate on afortnightly basis or as required (2.5 hr commute from London and you would stay 2 days).To succeed in this position, you will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills and be accustomed to managing and prioritising a very varied workload. Suitable candidates need to be exceptional communicators with a very good level of IT skills coupled with a can-do attitude. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience within the UHNW family office world and be mentored by a dynamic Chief of Staff wherecareer progression will be offered in the long-term.Core tasks for this role will include the following:Family Office Support* Managing multiple diaries for the family pertaining to their life-style* Logistics coordination* Supporting the Chief of Staff with adhoc administration and errands* Assistance with staff credit card analysis, collecting receipts and reconciling* Luxury good acquisition * Private lifestyle coordination assisting with the organisation of family holidays and events* Miscellaneous assistance as needed by the Family and Office and Chief of StaffSkills & Competencies * Degree educated with 2 years experience within a professional administration capacity* Very strong administrative and IT skills: outlook, word, excel, pp* Ability to work at speed and in a fast paced environment * Solution oriented and able to maintain momentum towards objectives and deadlines* Diplomatic and discreet* Working hours are 9-6, flexibility to be occasionally contacted out of hours
