Job Description

JOB TITLE eCommerce Trading ManagerLocation: Battersea - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pmSalary: £34,000eCommerce Trading Manager - With a focus on customer retention and driving repeat business, convert online customers through strong onsite merchandising and compelling offers. Continuously engage customers via loyalty programmes and effective manual and automated email programmes.Magento, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Dotmailer, CMS, Microsoft excelMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Marketing and Merchandising Managers to agree campaigns and build a strong marketing and promotions calendar
  • Manage online trading calendars for all company websites
  • Manage B2C and B2B customer loyalty programmes day-to-day
  • Implement CRM strategy and manage an email marketing programme that involves constant test and learn across our different customer bases
  • Brief in email asset design and send all marketing emails
  • Provide insights and analysis into performance and suggest actions
  • Any other tasks required to support our online and email channels
    • Essential experience
  • Email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Dotmailer, HubSpot
  • Customer data management and segmentation
  • Managing loyalty programmes such as VIP membership schemes
  • GDPR
  • Stakeholder management
  • eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce
  • CMS
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Excel
    • KPIs
  • Email: open rate, CTR, revenue
  • Loyalty: customer retention, customer & revenue churn rate
