Job Description

Antony James Recruitment is recruiting for a Doorman or Doorwoman to work for a luxurious 5-star hotel based in the Knightsbridge area.Are you an individual with impeccable manners, a welcoming demeanour, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences We are currently seeking a dedicated and polished Doorman or Doorwoman to join our prestigious 5-star hotel located in the heartof Knightsbridge, London.Benefits:

  • This is a 40-hour per week position working a 5/7 rota.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage, providing a seamless and attentive service.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness and security at the entrance, ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues.
  • Open doors and provide assistance to guests entering and leaving the hotel.
  • Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotels facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Uphold the hotels standards of appearance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
