Job Description

Job title: Customer Service - Concierge DeskLocation: South West LondonHours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pmSalary: £22,000 to £26,000, DOEDo you want to work for a pioneering and growing company who can offer you future progression If so, this could be the Customer Service - Concierge Desk role for you! My client is a busy chauffeur and Courier company based in South West London, they arelooking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join the small and friendly team. This is a chance to grow with the business and learn new skills.Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and promptly answer all incoming phone calls.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all emails received in the bookings and concierge desk inbox.
  • Monitor the progress of both international and national bookings for the day.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and establish strong relationships with existing clientele.
  • Coordinate with agents and drivers through email and phone communication.
  • Efficiently process bookings via phone and email while adding relevant job notes promptly.
  • Pursue agent cooperation to secure driver details for the following day.
  • Follow up on any quoted bookings that have not been confirmed by the client.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in phone and email communication, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in the chauffeur, courier, or transport sector is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
  • Self-starter who excels at independent work but can recognise when collaborative support is needed.
  • A candidate eager to cultivate their career within the company.
  • Enthusiastic and driven individuals who are open to learning.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of SW11.
