CRM Marketing Manager- CRM, Marketing, Retail, Cloud My industry leading client based near London Bridge is looking for an experienced Marketing manager for an initial 3 month contract with the view to extendKey Experience and Deliverables • One of the marketing technical leads within a Global CRM team for our CRM platforms and ESPs; SAP Marketing Cloud, AWS and Mailjet. • After extensive training, you will become the font of SAP Marketing Cloud knowledge. • Support our CRM Market Managers to ensure they maximise the capabilities of SAP Marketing Cloud.• Support in the migration from our current CRM / ESP tools (Responsys) to SAP Marketing Cloud globally including IP Warm Up Approach. • Deliverability champion, working with ESP and deliverability services partner to optimise inbox placement and continually monitor email reputation and take corrective action.• Understand key marketing principles such as segmentation, testing and optimisation, recommendation, personalisation and couponing engines and brief in new marketing requirements to our 3rd party vendor (KPS) which has been selected to support TBS on it’s implementation of SAP products. • Manage the end to end process of developing new marketing functionality, from briefing requirements, to supporting the design of scope, to leading business testing and UAT. • Support on defining any data migration scope.• Partner with our testing team to ensure QA of data migration extract and loads have been completed to full accuracy.CRM Marketing Manager, CRM, Marketing, Retail, Cloud, CRM Marketing Manage, CRM, Marketing, Retail, Cloud, CRM Marketing Manager, CRM, Marketing, Retail, CloudReed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
