The client is offering a salary of up to £50,0000 with additional benefits!What Does the Role EntailIn the role of HR Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the HR Management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. Your focus will extend to key areas such as employee relations, recruitment,engagement, and various departmental activities. Your responsibilities will align with the hotels objectives. Your role will have you be at the forefront of HR directives and initiatives, providing vital support to the company and much more.What Skills Will You HaveIdeally you will have prior experience in a similar role within the luxury 5-star hospitality sector, to give you an understanding of the specific demands of the industry.
