Job Description

I am currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Assistant role to work for a retail company in South West London. This is a permanent role which offers hybrid working.Client DetailsMy client is a well known and fast growing fashion brand. Over the last 5 years they have received a cash injection into their branding and marketing and as a result they have achieved record sales and revenue generation.Due to his success they have grown their finance team and are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years experience to work for a growing fashion company. The company is based in South West London and offer hybrid working.Sector: RetailDescriptionAccounts Receivable Assistant, South West LondonKey areas of responsibility:

  • Ensuring that the incoming payments are accurately and efficiently recorded in the company ledgers and well reconciled with the customer accounting
  • Performing AR reports for Sales Department, Finance, Agents
  • Support the monthly accounting close cycle in accordance with internal established procedures and deadlines
  • Support the AR Analyst to prepare the Cash Flow Forecast on a weekly basis
  • Managing the vendors accounts creation: monitor the new vendors mailbox and liaise with the relevant department to collect the proper data and ensure these are efficiently verified
  • Execution of various ad hoc tasks as and when requested
ProfileThe successful candidate must have prior working knowledge of accounts receivable.Knowledge of the retail sector and NetSuite is advantageous but not essential.Job OfferThe successful candidate will be paid £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience as well as additional benefits and discounts on their products.
