Job Description

Twelve month FTC, Accounts Payable Clerk role with leading UK based luxury fashion brand. Looking for immediately available candidate to join the west end based team.Client DetailsOur client is a leading UK-based luxury fashion brand, renowned for its opulence and innovation. Located discreetly in Londons Mayfair, this prestigious boutique blends British sophistication with avant-garde design. Each seasons runway showcases visionarydesigns, setting trends rather than following them. With a commitment to sustainability, the brand has become a lifestyle embraced by influencers and celebrities.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Clerk role will be:

  • Verify and process invoices
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records
  • Generate reports on accounts payable status
ProfileThe successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have:
  • Proven experience in a similar accountancy role
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
