Leaders in producing the finest hand-made and bespoke lighting, this established company needs an Account Manager to join their team for a 14 month maternity cover. Working with a high profile international client base for both trade and retail, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador and be the first point of contact for all client enquiries. Excellent administration and communication skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to provide outstanding customer service. You will be required to manage relationships with existing clients and actively encourage new business. In addition, you will co-ordinate shipping, ensuring orders are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Fluent written and spoken English is required and experience in SAGE is advantageous, as is 2+ years administration work, plus experience in the interiors industry. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm. Required skills
