  • Manage the Warehouse Supervisor and operatives including managing performance, KPIs and time management
  • Responsible for the continuous review of resource levels within the department in order to service the customers demands
  • Identity requirements for additional resource over peak periods
  • Oversee the safe receipt, pick and dispatch of goods
  • Manage the pick process, analysing work flow, activity and resource availability
  • Oversee the day to day good in receipt admin
  • Plan the unload and loaf of containers whilst booking in resource
  • Manage the returns process whilst keeping the WMS accurate
  • Ensure the Health, Safety and Cleanliness of the work environment
  • Seek and improve new ways of working
  • Promote and maintain a high level of morale across the operation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required
