UX Designer - Agency - UX DesignerAs a UX Designer, you will be an integral part of an Agile delivery team working on digital solutions forhousehold brand names in the hospitality industry. Youll be working with a well-known and successful brandacross the UK who are looking to completely redesign their online ordering capacity from mobile applicationsto website domains. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to expand their skillset and work withan industry leading client within the hospitality sector.Youll have a passion for user experience, and a good understanding of the core aspects of user experiencedesign:- Wireframing- Prototyping- Usability testing- Evidence-based design- Comfortable contributing to research and strategic planningYoull be skilled at making complex products simple to use, as well as have a keen eye for detail. Workingalongside product owners, developers and testers, and reporting to the Head of User Experience, youll workwith the team to discover problems and design creative solutionsall with a user-centric focus. Ideally you will have a good understanding of both Ecommerce and Agile working. This role offers a collaborative way ofworking where you will work closely with the client in order to improve their UX Design and meet industrystandards. You will deliver intuitive service experiences based on user needs and design principles. You will bepassionate about needs-based design and an advocate for design thinking and service design.Your experience: 2-4 years experience in a UX designer role (or similar) Experience of working in an Agile setting Advanced experience with one or more wireframing / prototyping applications such as: Axure Figma Adobe XD Good experience working in agile delivery A demonstrable portfolio of work (anonymised / redacted is fine) Good experience with design applications such as: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator A good understanding of the capabilities and limitations of web-based developmentWe are a leading marketing and technology solutions organisation providing services to both the private andpublic sector.
