Are you an experienced Trade Mark Secretary available to complete a contract for the next 12 months We are working with a leading IP firm who have a need for an experienced trade mark candidate to join them in their busy trade mark team. You will be providing comprehensive trade mark support to the firms trade mark attorneys and solicitors.The role will require candidates to amend trade mark specifications, prepare forms, complete various typing tasks and also support your assigned attorneys with all things secretarial. You must know how to file trade marks applications in the UK and EU to be successful and you must be confident liaising with foreign attorneys.You must be a competent person, with at least 2 years’ trade mark experience. If you are CITMA qualified, then this is a bonus. German language skills will also be an advantage, but not essential. Adhering to deadlines is key, so prioritisation and organisational skills are a must. You will be rewarded with a great opportunity to work in a good team and feel rewarded for the work that you do.
