Job Description

Are you a passionate individual looking to make a real difference in your career Our client has an opening as a Therapy Development Specialist where you will help with the development of our clients medical devices portfolio enabling the sales specialistcolleagues to exceed their goals.The companyOur client is a dominant market leader in providing solutions that improve medical discovery, diagnostics, and delivery of patient care. Their core focus is on making sure healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical providers and industry partners have theinnovative technologies to help advance clinical therapies for patients, clinical processes, and workflow.The roleIn this role, you will be a direct contact for healthcare professionals to help them fully achieve an understanding of the companys range of medical devices.Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day clinical case support when HCPs are using the company products
  • Offer training and education to HCPs
  • Provide in-depth discussion with HCPs surrounding customer selection and follow up to ensure good outcomes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to spread information and create an additional customer support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs
  • Support the sales specialists with input to help develop comprehensive sales strategies
The requirementsA diploma or degree-level qualification in preferably a scientific field, as well as…
  • Knowledge of the Peripheral Vascular and/or End Stage Kidney Disease space
  • Experience with clinical support in Cath Lab/OR
  • Able to take on responsibility in terms of completion of tasks
  • Results-driven
  • Grasp complex scientific procedures to verbally explain difficult clinical topics
  • Willingness to support others (Internal stakeholders, customers)
  • Ability to transform clinical information into marketing and commercial strategies
