Start Date: ASAP Pay: KR 3 plus SEN (Actual £15,243.09 includingSEN) Inspirational Teaching Assistants required at thisvery special school. We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join us.Are you adaptable and able to bring out the best inour pupilswith special talents, aged 2 - 19, with severe, profound or complexneeds Due to an increase in pupil numbers we requireTeaching Assistants to join our "Outstanding" school. We arelooking for drive, enthusiasm and potential to join our friendly, professional,positiveand forward looking school. This is a great opportunity to developyour career by building on your current success. The working hours are8.30-3.30, Monday to Friday, term time only (we cannot be flexible with this).We have career paths for our Teaching Assistants.As a large special school wehave a history of promoting our TAs to Senior TAs to HLTAs. For thosethat have a degree or working towards a degree we have a career path tobecoming a Teacher. We have Teachers who started with us as TAs. Successful candidateswill either be experiencedand successful Teaching Assistants who enjoy team working and takingresponsibility or have worked in a Special Needs or child based environment.Alternatively you may have a passion for special needs and looking for yourfirst opportunity.You will benefit from opportunities for furtherprofessional development and career progression as we value and support staffin all aspects of school life. The successful candidate will also have a strongcommitment to inclusive principles and be committed tosafeguarding childrenand young people.
