Pay: KR3 Start Date: Immediate Do you have experience insupporting teaching and learning in a primary school, working with Key Stage 1pupils Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who can showinitiative and enjoys working with children We are seeking to appoint a TeachingAssistant to work with a well behaved and engaging child in Key Stage 1 tosupport their learning and health needs. We are looking for the rightperson who will: Work in partnership with our Year2 teaching team and the SENCO to support the childs needsDeliver high quality learningsupport to enable children to make steps of progress across the Key Stage 1curriculumBe organised, flexible andwilling to use your initiative in order to meet childrens needsHave a positive outlook, with agood sense of humour and high expectations of our children.We are looking for candidates whocan support the positive caring ethos of our school and who have thequalifications, experience and willingness to form and sustain positiverelationships with children and staff, and be flexible in their approach tomeet our childrens needs. Candidates must have experience ofsupporting children in a primary school setting. Candidates should have the minimumqualifications of 5 GCSEs with a good pass including English and Maths, and/ orNVQ Level 3 or above.
