What tasks does this role includeWorking as part of the HR, Recruitment and Training Team you will be expected to lead the end to end recruitment process, by identifying and attracting talent to the business.The main focus of this role is recruitment, so will suit someone that enjoys recruitment but is also looking for diversity in a role to include people related responsibilities.Main Duties:
  • Drafting and publishing recruitment adverts
  • Working closely with recruitment agencies and the marketing department
  • Reviewing and shortlisting applications
  • Arranging tests and interviews
  • Attendance at careers events
  • Responsibility for IRIS HR recruitment portal, providing ongoing training to interval managers
  • Creation of reports
  • Manage on-boarding of new starters
  • Support with disciplinary, grievances and appeals
  • Manage leavers processes
What will you bring to the role
  • You will be outgoing and confident
  • You will have a positive attitude
  • You will be resilient
  • You will have 2 years experience in a similar role
  • You will have strong IT skills
  • You will have your own transport and be willing to travel to multiple sites
  • You might have a CIPD or Recruitment qualification - this is not essential
  • You might have experience with IRISHR / Cascade GO / Octopus HR System
