Job Description

Are you interested in a career in Mental Health and looking for a role that is diverse and rewarding every day We are currently looking to add a Support Worker to our team in Eamont Gardens, Hartlepool.We are looking for a person-centered, warm and flexibleindividual to provide excellent support to our service users with mental health support needs at our Supported Living service in Eamont Gardens, Hartlepool. You will be providing our service users with the support they need to maximise their self-care andindependent living skills whilst supporting them in accessing social, leisure, education and work activities.Support Worker Duties: Be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including weekends, evenings and daytimes, To maintain awarm and responsive approach to service users and their families, To be comfortable with elements of lone working, To promote the service users self-esteem and enable them to express their preferences and make choices and decisions.
