Female Support WorkerPart-time, 30 hours per weekNorth TynesideThis is a complex service and is most suited to experienced Support WorkersAre you an empathetic, non-judgemental person with the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries Are you able tomotivate others in a consistent and calm manner Do you have previous experience supporting people through behaviours that others may find challenging If so, this may be the team for you!We are looking for energetic and resilient Support Workers to join anexisting team in the North Tyneside area, supporting a young lady in her 30s who has a learning disability, complex mental health needs and a forensic history. She loves going to gigs and concerts, enjoys going to the pub and also meeting up with her friendsand family.You will receive full training and support and you will have access to opportunities that could further develop your career. Due to the complex nature of this services, its a requirement to have, or be willing to obtain (with our financial support)an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.Shifts start at 10am one day and finish at 10am the following day, with a sleep over shift from 10pm - 8am included. You will need to be comfortable working a combination of weekday, weekends and your share of bankholidays.
