As an experienced Social Worker, you will benefit from regular supervisionand training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills to perform your duties in this friendly Team.The Move On Support Team sets out to explore real opportunities for adults placed in various mental health accommodation (supported, residential andnursing settings). We ensure that placements are continuing to meet needs, are recovery focused and there are plans for eventual step down. Via strengths-based practice, our focus is to maximise a persons independence and choices, enabling people to livehealthy, safe and fulfilling lives and to meet our duties under the Care Act. We have the scope to develop creative and innovative interventions to ensure service users are at the centreof the support they receive.About You: You will be a qualified socialworker with experience in working with adults with mental health problems and more importantly who live placement accommodations in order to promote their independence. You will be based within a friendly, creative, collaborative and supportive departmentat our impressive offices in Camberwell. We offer flexible working options. You will be benefit from regular supervision, reflective practice as well as specialist training, learning and development opportunities. The post holder may need to travel outsideof London to visit placements.
