Job Description

Job Title: Site Foreman/ Supervisor

  • Location: Warminster & Wiltshire
  • Starting Salary: £30k - £35k + Package
  • Type: Full-time | Permanent
  • Start Date: ASAP
Innotech Partners are collaborating with an established Building Services company who are involved in the maintenance of properties across commercial and residential settings. They are seeking an enthusiastic Site Foreman/ Supervisor to join them on a permanentfull time basis.The ideal candidate would have a background in Painting & Decorating or Bricklaying & rendering.
  • Duties: Supervising a small team of 4-5 tradesmen, liaising with the Contracts Manager and making sure the project is keeping on track and materials are being ordered.
  • Package: This role comes with a Van + fuel card, uniform and tools.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience completing painting & decorating.
  • Supervisory or Foreman experience.
  • SSSTS (Ideal but not essential)
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Available to start a new position
