Job Description

We are recruiting for experienced full time Sign Maker/ CNC operator / Print Operator for our client located in Halesowen, West Midlands.You will join a family run business of which is a recognised name within the industry of whom provide interior and exterior signage solutions for buildings, vehicles and special projects. In addition, they design and supply a range of graphics and bannersalong with offering an engraving service.The company have been supplying to the industry for over 15 years and supply to clients nationally across the UK and further afield oversees, they have been involved with some very prestigious brands.As a Sign Maker/Sign Fitter you will be expected to:

  • Have experience with CNC router and/or 1600mm Printing
  • Carry out vinyl work; weeding, application taping, trimming, laying down vinyl and laminating
  • Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles
  • Assemble aluminium composite folded tray signs and flat signs
  • Carry out some basic electrics such as wiring LEDs to transformers etc / plus final connection on site to existing spurs
  • Fit internal and external signage on your own or as part of a team (depending on the size/complexity of the job)
  • Fit window graphics
  • Complete detailed site surveys
  • Carry out deliveries and collections
  • Keep work areas and work vehicles clean and tidy
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • At least 1 years experience as a CNC/Print operator
  • At least 1 years experience as a sign fitter
  • At least 1 years experience as a sign maker
  • Good time management skills
  • Conscientious mind-set and an eye for detail
  • A can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills
Hours of work: 8:00am5:00pm Monday to Friday.Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays (up to 5 days holiday needs to be reserved for Christmas holidays).Salary:£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year dependent on experience and skillIf you feel that you have the experience required and are interested in applying for this role, please follow the application link.
