Job Description

Service Sales EngineerNational role / Office based in West Yorkshire£50,000 - £55,000 basic with OTE of £80,000 plus Co Car. Monday to Friday, 25 days hol plus BH, pension contribution.

  • We are working on the behalf of a long standing manufacturer and service provider for over 40 years within the HVAC sector
  • Due to a member of staff moving on, we are assisting them in finding them their new Service sales Engineer.
  • Their office is based in West Yorks, with client visits being required weekly, the role is remote with a nationwide clientbase.
The Role
  • Having the knowledge to be able to sell the Air conditioning systems, Heat Pump, Chillers and AHU’s to all markets.
  • Create and identify new sale opportunities.
  • Working towards a set minimum margin.
  • Working towards weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s – set out in advance by the sales director.
Skills and Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Air Conditioning systems, AHU, Chillers and heat pumps ideally having worked with / for the major manufacturers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the A/C, HVAC sector..
  • Have a highly motivated mentality, the ability to self motivate.
  • Being able to prepare and present technical presentations and deliver them to the buyer.
  • Producing and delivering efficient and accurate reporting on time to the board.
  • Being able to work towards KPI’s.
  • Maintaining and preparing service sales agreements.
