Job Description

Venn Group Service Design SMEAgency Reference: 7028910Fully Remote3 Month+ Contract (Extension Likely)Daily Rate (DOE;Inside IR35)A client of ours are recruiting for a Service Design SME to join a multi-year systems and services modernisation programme. You will be working closely with their supplier (who have an established technical design) and our client’s key stakeholders to deploy this service in support of its integration.The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Highly proficient in service design solutions
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • SC Clearance would be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of TIBCO products and Actiway gateways would be highly beneficial
    • Within this contract, you will be responsible for:
  • Working with a suppler on the Enterprise Service delivery to our client; identifying procedures and processes required to operate this integration service
  • Taking an initial understanding of the current documentation set and client processes, and subsequently highlighting missing artefacts
  • Developing the service design and working with the supplier on the implementation and delivery of their technical solutions
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to get agreement on final designs
  • Utilising solution content diagrams, associated reports to present workflows, service catalogue and attributes to get final designs implemented
