Senior Project Development ManagerSouthwest England£53,348 - £60,022Panoramic Associates are currently working with a University in Southwest England that are looking for a Senior Project Development Manager. The main job purpose is leading on the development of a capital framework of works within a new Campus Plan, arisingfrom emergent capital projects through an Integrated Planning Process, and a forward looking 15-year strategic vision/plan for the whole University Campus.This will involve testing the viability, feasibility and deliverability of capital plans through the assessment, evaluation and option appraisal of proposed capital schemes (new, refurbishment, re-use etc), outlining likely timescales, costs and qualityissues, including practical and strategic deliverability of potential capital projects within the Campus Plan.Essential Experience Required:
