A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Direct Marketing Officer for a national charity based in London in order to effectively manage fundraising activities to achieve Direct Marketing income targets. Please apply ASAPKey responsibilities:Projectmanage a portfolio of direct and digital marketing campaigns, including (but not limited to) lottery, payroll giving, direct mail, email, telemarketing, and online activity.Developing and delivering training, expenditure and income tracking, reporting acrossa range of KPIs, briefing suppliers, overseeing data selections, exports and imports, copywriting, managing creative processes.Managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders for the successful and timely delivery of campaigns.ensure appropriatesupporter journeys are in place for all projects and develop communications as appropriate.support the Senior Direct Marketing Manager to manage an expenditure and income budgets and monitor agreed KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.support the SeniorDirect Marketing Manager and feed into the overall annual strategy to maximise recruitment and retention of cash, regular givers, and members.manage all projects including briefing suppliers, overseeing data selections, copywriting, managing creative processand ensuring all collateral is accurately proofed. Delivering income to budget.manage agency relationships, monitoring results against agreed KPIs and budget in line with overall strategy.work with Supporter Care to manage any complaints or issues that ariseduring campaign.track expenditure, raise POs for the payment of invoices and complete quarterly income and expenditure reforecasts, and develop annual budget. Compile monthly reports and end of campaign reviews.work with the Data Operations and Data Servicesteams to develop requirements for database selections, mailing segmentations, and analysis, ensuring that data is maximised, where possiblemanage the supporter care process to maximise donor contact and ensure that individuals remain supporting the charityPersonspecification:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, teams, and supportersAbility to analyse dataInternal Stakeholder management - ability to influence, brief, manage and coordinate internalpartners for the delivery of campaignsExternal Stakeholders - Manage and coordinate agencies for the timely delivery of campaignsCreative & copywriting skills - developing creative and design elements, drafting copy and proofreadingFinancial management - incomemonitoring and, seeking quotes, raise PO, expenditure tracking and recording against agreed budgets monitoringFeed into the overall annual strategy and direction for Direct MarketingFundraising and direct marketingStrategy developmentDevelopment of clear andcohesive supporter journeysInter-personal relationship building with colleagues, volunteers, and supportersCampaign management -brief writing, data management, print and production and fulfilment
