Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst / Salesforce ConsutlantWere looking for a SF Marketing Cloud Consultant / Analyst that can act as the Marketing Cloud SME as part of the implementation. Reporting to the Technical Manager for Enterprise Support and working with fellow analysts. Head of Customer Platform, the SalesforceMarketing Cloud Platform Lead will be responsible for the technical delivery of scalable, best in class solutions for our customers. Working across Salesforce suite of products, you will support internal business functions in taking business requirements,consulting, and designing the solution for delivery implementation.This role will be the SME for Marketing Cloud and support IT to shape and develop its 1st and 2nd line support for the system. It will also work as part of the Salesforce project team to support the business stakeholders as they learn to use Marketing Cloud.The role will also act as SME for support of IT Testing Team and advise on / participate in UAT for Marketing Cloud.Role will be the SME for all Marketing Cloud application support and administration once it is implemented and to support / advise the project to successfully implement it.Training other analysts how to use and provide support for Marketing Cloud. Advising on the certification and training plan to develop perm staff to support Marketing Cloud long term.KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical consultation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud toolset and solutions.
• Hands-on involvement in the delivery of product configuration, scripting, API, and data integrations.
• Creating dynamic emails and showing users how to do the same. Ensuring data sources to run dynamic emails over.
• Review solution and support documentation and user guides.
• Providing consultancy to internal business functions around Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.
• Identifying opportunities for uS to delivery additional benefit and expand how we use Salesforce to enhance our business function, especially with Marketing Campaigns and comms.
• Ability to act as a mentor to less experienced members of the team.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications are a nice to have Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator and Marketing Cloud Developer (preferred).
• Ability to support and administrate complex functionality in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Advertising Studio, Interaction Studio, Customer Data Platform.
• Able to create and run SQL using Marketing Cloud to produce dynamic emails
• Able to create interactive forms in Marketing Cloud and help integration into existing Web Forms/ Sites
• Must have core Salesforce implementation or administration experience.
• Proficient in AMP script specifically and experienced in a range of client and server-side programming languages and proficient in developing SQL and experience with an RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle.
• Experienced working with APIs - preferably SOAP and REST-based APIs and Snap Logic tool is highly desirable
• Understanding of Network Protocols and Services (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS).
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently for Marketing Cloud support and administration
• Ability to provide effective guidance and mentorship to others.
• Ability to write technical documentation to be used by other members of the project team.
• Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving
