Job Description

Residential Surveyors - Nationwide£40,000 - £60,000 plus bonus and benefitsOur client is an independent family run firm of experienced and specialised surveyors specialising in RICS Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys (formerly Full Structural Surveys). Their diverse team of RICS Regulated surveyors are experts in all aspects of construction from 16th Century to present day.Their aim is to provide comprehensive, accurate and easy to understand RICS Building Surveys and Homebuyers Reports together with genuine valuations.Their surveyors are based locally to the areas they service which ensures they have the necessary local knowledge and experience to provide the highest quality report and service possible.Due to continued growth and demand for their services, they are now seeking experienced RICS regulated Surveyors to join their rapidly expanding team covering various areas across the UK including Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Kent, Dorset, Norfolk, Devon, Somerset, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Wales.They specialise in Building Surveys, Home Buyer Reports and Red Book Valuations and they pride themselves on their friendly working environment and client centred approach which is reflected in their fantastic review portfolio.These are progressive roles in which the right minded surveyor will have an opportunity to grow and progress with the business. It is envisaged the right candidates should progress in a number of individual managerial roles although in the first instance they actively require suitably qualified individuals in several locations including Norwich, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, the West side of London and the West Country, the Midlands and South Wales.We would like to hear from Chartered or Associate RICS professionals, preferably with some experience in residential Building Surveying and Valuations. (Our client does not currently conduct valuations for secured lending and this is not envisaged going forward).In return the successful Building Surveyor can expect to receive:

  • A highly attractive initial salary ranging from £40,000 - £60,000
  • A unique commission structure which offers a realistic OTE of £60,000 - £80,000 along with the usual benefits.

  • Subject to very realistic quotas, you will be offered the freedom to structure your week in a home based friendly working environment.
  • You will receive ongoing CPD and excellent training from a highly experienced team.
  • Other benefits include car allowance, pension contributions and payment of annual RICS membership.
