Start Date: asap Pay: KR4 (FTE £18,517 - actual salary is£15,926.65) Hours: 39 weeks per year Contract: Permanent; term time only (39 weeks peryear) Pay Range: KR4 (FTE £18,517 - actual salary is£15,926.65 which is based on working 39 week per year) Responsible to: School Office Manager Overall Responsibility: Working as part of the School Office Team, as theschool`s Reprographics/Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible forfacilitating the production of quality printed resources to support teachingand learning, displays, signage and other solutions while taking on generaloffice administrative tasks. Duties/Accountabilities: Reprographic duties Supporting staff and helping to develop andproduce high quality teaching and learning resources and promotional materialsand enhance the visual impact of displays around the School internally andmaintain to a high standard.Carry out general photocopying for the school,liaising with Premises or ICT when required.Carrying out design and production tasks inaccordance with agreed policies, priorities, and time scales.Improving the quality of promotional materialsrelating to events and daily activities at school.Ensuring that reprographic equipment is alwaysready at the point of use (e.g. ink, paper etc)With the support of the Office Manager, overseeingand managing the maintenance of reprographic equipment across theSchoolBilling cost associated with reprographic work tothe correct departments for the finance team.Maintain accurate records of work carried out oninternal database.Production of certificates and rewards resourcesto support behavioural systems within the SchoolOffice duties Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as requiredby the School Office Manager.Cover Main Reception when necessary, meet andgreet all visitors, issue passes and ensure all visitors sign in andout.Archive paper and email documents using MStoresoftware.Collate and print Staff and Student Mug Shot Booksat the start of the academic year, and update when necessary.Update and distribute, staff phone and departmentlists.Closing Date: 26/05/2021 at 10:00 Interviews: asap Information about the school Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is asuccessful and popular selective 11-18 dual-site school, with a site inTunbridge Wells and a brand new site based in Sevenoaks.
