We are looking for warm, caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to Service users across the Droylsden area in their own homes as part of our Domiciliary Home Care team in Tameside.We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to help reduce social isolation and enhance peoples lives by helping to address loneliness and linking people with the appropriate available community activities.Staff will liaise with the district nurses and health professionals to carry out all identified social care tasks and healthcare takes assigned by them, whilst ensuring and outcome-focused service which is responsive to individuals changing needs.Domiciliary Care Worker Key Duties: Provision of personal care to service users in their own homes, Provide support to individuals with cooking and cleaning, Medication administration as directed by health professionals, Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users, Work to reduce loneliness and assist service users to engage in community activities where possible.You will work within the community to provide this role and must be comfortable travelling around Tameside to individuals homes to provide care.
