We require warm and positive individuals to promote our person-centred ethos, supporting individuals in our Bradford service to live as independently as possible in the community.Our city-wide service provides person-centred and recovery-focused supportto adults living in their own homes. Our service users may have learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. The service operates throughout Bradford and the surrounding areas, including Keighley, Bingley and Shipley.For this diverse Relief CommunitySupport Worker role, you must be compassionate and able to provide both respectful personal care and personalised support, to aid recovery and enable individuals to remain living within their own homes. You will be working in close partnership with familiesand other agencies in the Bradford area.Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs is essential for our Relief Support Worker roles. You must have a full clean UK driving license and access to a car.This is a ReliefSupport Worker position which enables you to pick up shifts at a time that suits you, and is ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities.As a Creative Support Bank Staff member you will have access to our free app whichallows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions.You will be paid on a weekly basis.Creative Support is a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organisation.
