Job Description

Regional Finance Business Partner - Wiltshire - £65,000 - Hybrid workingThe CompanyThis market leading and well known brand is looking to expand their team further by looking for a talented Regional Finance Business Partner The Company has demonstrated continual growth over a number of years and has exciting plans for the future.The RoleResponsible to the Head of Operational Finance, with a dotted reporting line to the Assistant Operations Director, to provide comprehensive business partnering and therefore support and constructively challenge operations to drive business performance &efficiencys in the region.Preparation and reporting of the Management Accounts, and other financial and statistical data for the region and utilising trends and information within them to understand and improve the financial performance of the region.Responsible to the Head of Operational Finance, with a dotted reporting line to the Assistant Operations Director, to provide comprehensive business partnering and therefore support and constructively challenge operations to drive business performance &efficiencys in the region.Preparation and reporting of the Management Accounts, and other financial and statistical data for the region and utilising trends and information within them to understand and improve the financial performance of the region . Responsible for delivery ofeffective financial management, control and advisory supportKey role functions:

  • Deliver commercial business partnering service to operations which incorporates proactive review and analysis of the region, facilitates operational decision making and drives improvement in trading performance
  • Produce regional management accounts in a timely and accurate manner ensuring they are robust and accurately reflect current trading performance
  • Deliver meaningful and insightful commentary which supports the accounts and reflects key business issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • In conjunction with regional management, produce a rolling risks, issues and opportunities report for review
  • Work closely with the Group Finance Manager to ensure alignment between monthly management accounts and statutory accounts, particularly with joint ventures
