This vibrant supportedliving service in Whalley Range is home to 12 individuals with a range of mental health support needs, some of whom are non-verbal. The service is made up of self-contained flats with joint communal areas. No two days will be the same at this service as ourresidents love engaging in a range of exciting activities including trips to the day centre, cooking/baking, meals out, arts and crafts and many more!Your Support Worker role may include: Administering medication, providing consistently respectful personalcare, and help with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning, Monitoring client welfare and offering emotional support to clients where required, Encouraging service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside theirhomes, Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest, Full time hours to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service on a rota to include daytimes,evenings, weekends and bank holidays.We are looking for Support Workers from all walks of life. Previous experience is preferred but not an essential requirement for this role, as full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy.
