Renowned for their commitment to qualityand learner-centric approach, they are at the forefront of embracing the digital age.As a Quality Manager/Lead IQA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of quality systems and procedures with the standards set by Ofsted, ESFA, and Awarding Organisations.Your responsibilities include managing the Internal Quality Assurance Process, collaborating closely with Programme Managers and Skills Coaches, conducting observations of Teaching and Learning, supporting EQA visits, leading Ofsted and ESFA inspections, andpromoting continuous improvement to achieve Ofsted Grade- Outstanding.Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:• Contribute to the development and delivery of new Apprenticeship Standards.• Accountable for SAR/QIP input.• Develop and oversee the strategy for quality initiatives, ensuring uniformity in activities.• Lead the implementation of IQA and OTLA processes, including creating action plans and providing feedback.• Execute Deep Dives, analyse findings, and propose necessary actions.• Design and deliver training sessions addressing group and individual needs.• Supervise the quality of learning resources and platforms.• Collaborate with department managers and the directorial team on compiling SAR.• Create and monitor the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).• Provide support in the development of new programs.• Support with Audits and Compliance InspectionsSkills, Experience, and Qualifications:• Previous experience in managing Internal Quality Assurance for Apprenticeships.• Recognized Internal Verifiers Award.• Teaching Qualification (e.g., PTTLS, Cert Ed, PGCE, 7306/7307 Learning and Education Award).• Experience managing Ofsted inspections.• Proven track record in managing Quality systems within Apprenticeships• Vocational competence within Professional Apprenticeship standards.• Knowledge of the new Inspection Framework (EIF) and End Point Assessment (EPA).• Experience in undertaking OTLS and up-to-date knowledge of Safeguarding.Immediate availability for the right candidate.
