We are investing in our people, products, and infrastructure to ensure our customers get everything they expect from us and more.That is where you come in!We are actively looking for an experienced QA / Test Lead to join us on our journey, to help us ensure all QA and Test processes, are robust and fit for purpose for any software being released to our customers.Joining us with your wealth of QA experiences we will be looking for you to help guide both strategic and hands on QA duties, whilst playing a coaching and mentoring role to our current QA team and future hires.What will you be doingWorking effectively across all levels and teams of our Agile driven technical and product department you will be responsible for helping build and lead all testing activities.We will look for you to build a testing community in our business; constantly look for ways to improve testing and test integration into our CI/CD pipeline.We are looking at building on our use of automation so will look for you to lead these initiatives, whilst being a central representative at internal CAB meetings.Develop and maintain test documentation, develop structured clean re-usable test-cases, write, and execute test scripts to carry out all forms of testing and trouble shoot, problem solve, and write clear and concise defect reports.As our QA lead we will also look for you to help us identify wider opportunities, responsibilities and approaches to help ensure our QA and testing is the best it can possibly be.What we will need from you:-A depth of experience in Senior QA and Test roles, ideally from SaaS environment.-Ideally some leadership experiences, in building out best practices in a QA function.-Strong Agile and Scrum experiences.Technically wise we are open minded and more interested in your mindset, flexibility, and approach to technology. We use the below, so knowledge and experience of a range of these will certainly help:

• OO concepts and design patterns.
• Automation tools and Selenium scripting, python/ IDEs.
• Integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Using Git repository for test code.
• We use Katalon Studio, Swagger, Postman, and Jmeter.
• Test-Driven Development and Behaviour-Driven Development.
• Azure DevOps tools and Microsoft Teams.
• Good written and oral communication skills, both at a technical and business levels.

Also - with a lot of the work we doing being highly sensitive, we will need you to be able to go through Security Clearance vetting at some point early in your employment.
