Provide project handover files to the Project Delivery Team.Key Responsibilities:* Ensure compliance with ADSLs Management System QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures. * Liaise with outside agencies/ external stake holders as required to assist in the coordination of access and / or programming of works.* Ensure projects are planned so they can be executed with minimum disruption to Services and the customer.Experience & Skills required:* NQF Level 4/5 in relevant discipline.* Recognised Project Management qualification.* Deliver a high-quality service that meets or exceeds our customers expectations.* Proven knowledge and understanding of building regulations.* Proven knowledge and application of current CDM Regulations.* Demonstrate sound broad technical knowledge of specification package NBS and the ability to apply that knowledge to tendering works.Closing Date: 29 March 2020If you are interested in this role, please apply via the link by the closing date.
