Our client based in Mere are currently looking to recruit x4 production operatives for the moulding team.This will be on a temporary to permanent basis.Hours of work: Mon to Thurs - 8am to 4.45PM (moving to shift pattern in September, approx. 6 - 2 or 2 - 10 ie. Early/lates Fri 8am - 3.45PMDuties and Responsibilities:Operate and maintain injection mould machinesProduce manufactured products to the required standardAlways follow health and safety guidance and proceduresIdentify and report any faulty or non confirming productsReport any issues that may occur immediately wither with the machine or productsPack parts as required and appropriatelyMaintain clean and tidy work areasRecord manufacturing process, parts made etc on the ERP data capture systemSupport any process improvement activities.Skills and Attributes:A good eye for detailSafe working practisesPreviously worked in a fast paced environmentGood English skills (written and verbal)Punctual and reliableHave a positive attitude and respectful to othersPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment
