Job Description

Job title: Oracle System AnalystSalary: £24,000 - £28,000Contract Type: 18 Month Fixed Term Appointment/LoanClosing date: 31st October 2021Working pattern: This post is available on a full time, part time or job share basis, and flexible working hourscan be accommodated.Location: Norwich. Most Treasury employees will work a hybrid pattern, spending half their working week in the office and half working remotely. For a full time employee, this means spending 2-3 days a week in an office, on average.Areyou looking for a new opportunity working within a fast paced team, focusing on problem solving and delivering excellent customer support If so, wed love to hear from you!We are looking to recruit an Oracle System Analyst to work within Treasury Group SharedServices (TGSS) which sits in our Corporate Centre Group.The team you will join is responsible for the management of the Oracle Cloud system, used by HM Treasury and its Arms Length Bodies (ALBs), providing first line support to approximately 2,500 staff.Whatyou will bring to the team:This role would suit someone who is motivated in driving delivery, with a proactive mentality to get to grips with new challenges, and an ability to work strongly in a team.As well as building key relationships within HM Treasuryand its ALBs to provide effective support on issues relating to the Oracle System, responsibilities will include the following: Building and maintaining user accounts and permissions alongside undertaking password resets as required. Aid in the planning andimplementation of changes defined as in-house, working closely with key partners to ensure risks are mitigated along with designing any new or enhanced IT solutions to the Treasury Oracle system.
