Together with the support of the Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of this role!You will have understanding and knowledge of short term, intermediate care and goal focused intervention. Were looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to complete holistic assessments and write client led skills gain programmes, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues in Reablement and our partners in home-based care to deliver personalised, strength based interventions.In this role you will have the opportunity to build on or develop new supervisory, coaching and teaching skills with support from the Reablement Therapy Leads by taking on an advisory role with non-qualified staff, Newly Qualified OTs, students and Reablement colleagues.In return, we can offer you the support you need to succeed; we are committed to your personal development with us and offer regular, high-quality supervision and training opportunities together with a number of staff benefits and well-being options.It is an exciting time to work in the public sector, with great challenges each day but also real opportunities to shape something different.
