Job Description

Do you want to work for an award winning house-builder on their flagship development in Buckinghamshire Im currently working with a forward-thinking, fast growing client actively recruiting for 2 New Homes Sales Consultantsin thesought-after location,Beaconsfield. The opportunity is rare and with plenty of opportunity to earn commission and develop your career.What You’ll Do:As New HomesSales Consultantyou will guide customers through the journey of buying their new home and deliver a 5* customer service along the way:

  • Be a brand ambassador, meeting and greeting customers and offering an exceptional customer service
  • Building a rapport and guiding your client through the sales process, conducting viewings through to negotiating offers
  • Maintain the show rooms and marketing suite to an impeccable standard
    • What You’ll Bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years New Homes Sales experience: we require someone to hit the ground running on a flagship, middle-to-upper-market development
  • Experience running a marketing suite on your own as well as in a team
  • Strong customer facing skills whilst being well presented
  • Team work, you will be working alongside another Sales Consultant
  • Passion for the industry and building your career and good area knowledge. Ideally you will have sold in Buckinghamshire / Berkshire
  • Flexibility to work weekends
