Job Description

MusicFestival Head of Programming Salary:£33,000 - £36,000 per annum Opportunityto discuss flexible working, up to 37 hours per week +5% pension contribution, childcare vouchers, staff ticket allocationCheltenhamFestivals is a charity co-creating experienceswhich bring joy, sparkcuriosity, connect communities and inspire change. Our year-round education,community and talent development programmes reach out year-round and culminateat the towns internationally-acclaimed Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals.Anexceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented classical music all-rounderto work on curating and delivering one of the worlds most vibrant and eclecticclassical music festivals. Working closely with the Director of Festivals andcollaboratively withother teams across the charity, the successful candidatewill enjoy contact with all aspects of the festival - programming, marketing,fundraising, community, family and talent development. Youwill need to be very well organised, have meticulous attention todetail andenjoy working in a team and sharing creative ideas, but you will also need tobe self-reliant, with the drive and initiative to prioritise and manage complexworkloads.
