Working closely with the Director of Festivals andcollaboratively withother teams across the charity, the successful candidatewill enjoy contact with all aspects of the festival - programming, marketing,fundraising, community, family and talent development. Youwill need to be very well organised, have meticulous attention todetail andenjoy working in a team and sharing creative ideas, but you will also need tobe self-reliant, with the drive and initiative to prioritise and manage complexworkloads.
