Job Description

Mobile Service EngineerBase Salary £30k-£35k (depending on experience) + Vehicle + Pension + Bonus + Overtime + Benefits. We are currently seeking an experienced commercial / industrial service engineer to join a leading specialist within the Combustion and Burner industry.Location - responsible for covering mainly the South West. Ideal location for you to be based would be Bath, Swindon or Bristol but flexible within reason. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Service Support, including commissioning, breakdowna, fault finding and repairs, installation and upgrades, testing and training for combustion and energy systems.
  • Attend reactive callouts and be part of a callout rota.
  • Electrical testing and commissioning of new and existing installations. Training provided if needed.
  • Mainly responsible for covering the South West region, Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Somerset etc. some into South Wales, Devon and Cornwall. There may be some travel overseas at time as well, which you will be compensated for.
    • Skills & Experience Required:
  • Ideally youll come from a similar background as a field service engineer within the combustion or industrial burner industry.
  • An experienced Commercial Gas Engineer who wants to train and develop their career will be considered.
  • Or someone from a similar background such as industrial boilers, steam boilers / hot water boilers, bms controls etc. will also be considered.
  • Ideally youll hold relevant commercial / industrial gas certificates such as - COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety NG, CIGA1 (Indirect Fired), ICPN1 (Installation of Commercial Pipework), BMP1 (Gas Boosters) etc.
